Relational Advisor was founded by Gary Baker, an independent wealth advisor who believes clients deserve more than just outstanding money management. 
Gary gained experience and knowledge within the wire houses of Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch and Wells Fargo. Frustrated that he couldn’t provide his clients with the comprehensive planning and relational value he knew was critical, Gary founded Undivided Wealth Management in 2018. 
Experiencing the meaningful success of his clients’ personal, professional and financial lives, his wealth management firm grew and gained industry attention. 
Gary created Relational Advisor to equip and train other independent wealth advisors and firms with his proven client-centric planning process and frameworks.

Passionate about helping others live exceptional lives, Gary has been a financial advisor for over 20 years. 
Early in his career, Gary realized his role in his clients’ personal and professional lives was far more significant than only managing their money.  His unbridled commitment to “what is most important” to his clients and his relational approach led him to create Undivided Wealth Management, Undivided Experience Center and Relational Advisor. He currently serves as Managing Partner and President of these companies. 
Gary is a highly sought-after Thought Leader in the financial services industry. He currently serves on the Financial Services Institute Board of Directors. He was selected as a Titan 100 of St. Louis in 2024 and named one of the Fastest Growing Advisors to Watch by Advisor Hub in 2022. His firm, Undivided Wealth Management was selected as the Most Innovative Firm by Kestra Private Wealth. Gary has previously served on the Fidelity Advisor Council and Kestra Private Wealth Council. 
Currently, Gary is an adjunct professor at Washington University and a Capstone Mentor at St. Louis University.

Committed to provide education and experiences to clients and the local community, Gary Baker designed and built the Undivided Experience Center adjacent his wealth management firm. 
This beautiful 7,500 square foot facility provides an incredible environment for learning and collaborative experiences. 
Through speaker series, workshops, special events and projects, this venue provides knowledge and support to achieve a significant life. 
Also, this venue hosts many of the Relational Advisor training programs.
